Isle Of Wight Festival 2018

Festival guide

With an iconic history, the Isle of Wight festival holds status as a place of legends playing - and with Depeche Mode, Nile Rodgers & Chic, and Sheryl Crow, this year's line-up is holding true to form. But beyond the more heritage side of things, there's plenty newer acts to get excited about: Camila Cabello is holding up the pop fort, and Las Vegas' finest the Killers will be bringing the anthems. Taking place June 21st - 24th in Seaclose Park, Newport, you can see the full line-up here, or check out our highlights below:

    Camila Cabello

Formerly of behemoth girl group Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello's solo career has seen her shoot stratospheric: and it's not surprising when she's got such a smooth, rich voice and summery tunes for days (check out the frothy, sugary delight of tautological 'Sangria Wine' and, of course, one of last year's best bangers, 'Havana'). One of pop's finest, you'd be missing out if you missed this.

    Depeche Mode

Find us a person who isn't filled with joy at the opening bars of 'Just Can't Get Enough' and we'll find you a liar. At this point it feels like the 80s Essex electropop band needs no introduction, such is their endurance. If new wave is your wave, or if you want to immerse yourself in legendary spangly dark synths, you'll want to catch Depeche Mode in the flesh.

    The Killers

Seeing as ‘Mr Brightside’ has been in the charts every week since 2004 in the UK, it goes without saying that Las Vegas band the Killers have had a gargantuan cultural impact. With each new release they further cement their place as one of the biggest bands in the world - their glam-pop single ‘The Man’ boasted a video that sees frontman Brandon Flowers in his element (to put it lightly). This should be special.
